The incredible cheetah: The only living member of its genus, the cheetah is the fastest land animal on earth. For short bursts (just under 500 m distance), this cat can run as fast as 120 km/h. And it can go from zero to over 100 km/h in three seconds -- about the same as a Bugati Veyron.

This coin (also called a half-crown) can be very difficult to track down, with nice examples selling for very high prices. At the end of the Nigerian-Biafran civil war, the notes and coins were recalled and almost certainly destroyed.

loc_biafraBiafra was a seccessionist state in Nigeria that existed from May 1967 to June 1970. Arising from economic, cultural, and religious tensions among the various people of Nigeria, it was populated mainly by the Igbo people. Biafra was only recognized by five countries, although others provided support. Its creation was among the causes of the Nigerian Civil War.
